Q: What's the difference between PVC and TPU?
A: TPU is flexible and soft,it works well during very cold and hot weather,it's stronger than PVC,and the cost is higher. PVC cann't work well when the weather is below -10℃ and above 40℃，the cost is cheaper than TPU.
Q: How long can I stay inside a Water Ball?
A: We suggest 10 to 20 minutes each time.
Q: How old does a participant have to be?
A: age older than 6 years. However, we recommend that the capacity weight should below than 120 kgs inside the ball each time.
Q: How can I do if the ball punctures?
A: The damage can easily be patched with repair kit (material patches) included in the order.
Q: Can the Water Ball sink?
A: Remember that you can lie on top of an inflatable airbed in a pool without sinking. An ball contains about 10 times the volume of air of an airbed, and therefore there is no risk of sinking.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
